There are five different views for 2Blog:
| • | Teacher - Manage blogs: To create and approve blogs use the Manage Blogs tool which can be found using the admin cog  in the Shared Blogs tab. |
| • | Teacher or Child - Manage blogs: Children can create personal (non-shared) blogs and teachers can access Manage blogs with the icon within the Tools area (Communicating and Sharing section). |
| • | Child view: When a child clicks on a blog, they will see this view. Only shared and approved posts and comments are viewable to the child. The child's own posts and comments are viewable but not shared until approved*. Children can add posts and comments on blogs that they have the required access for. |
| • | Teacher view - Preview: When a teacher clicks on a blog, they will preview the blog initially. This is like child view, but without the option to add posts or comments.  |
| • | Teacher view - Edit: From the Preview use the slider to switch to edit view where teachers can approve posts and comments and add posts and comments to the blog.  |
*Unless approvals has been switched off.
